Painting is not the simple realization of an image
Painting is an intimate and personal practice and for this my work consist by the union of a practical part, like support’s preparation, and an instinctual and gestural part.
Building my own frame sets me free from using standard or precise dimensions. In this way, painting is not the simple realization of an image, but it’s part of an articulated process that expresses itself from the creation of canvas to the reuse of cotton and linen fabrics.
